David B. Lever, Esq.

David B. Lever, a graduate of Pace University School of Law, has zealously represented and fought for the rights of accident victims and consumers since his admission to the New York State Bar over 26 years ago. He has worked exclusively on behalf of plaintiffs (injured parties) and has never represented or defended the interests of an insurance company or corporate defendant.

He first began his legal career as an attorney at a prestigious New York City plaintiff’s firm before starting his own practice in White Plains, New York in March of 1994. Currently, David is the senior legal strategist of his firm, David B. Lever & Associates, PLLC. He has been instrumental in obtaining many significant monetary awards for thousands of injured clients over the years. He actively monitors many of the firm’s major cases to ensure that every client’s case is aggressively litigated in order to maximize settlement value.
